This engagement is intentionally flexible. Monthly retainer hours can support:

  • Reporting and dashboard updates

  • CRM configuration and optimization

  • Documentation, SOP creation, and staff guidance

  • Staff training and user enablement

  • Data cleanup, corrections, and quality assurance

  • Integration or automation support

  • Day-to-day troubleshooting and system questions

  • Operational planning, technical strategy, and roadmap refinement

  • Solution selection, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation support

  • Prep and coaching for new system rollouts or upgrades
     

Included for all retainer clients:

  • Non-billable biweekly status calls

  • Priority queuing for requests, updates, and fixes
     

Six-months or longer retainer commitments also include:

  • Tech Stack Audit

  • Technology Roadmap
     

Cost:

10 hours monthly: $1,500

25 hours monthly: $3,500

50 hours monthly: $6,500
